I decided to check out this slot game because it’s offered on the same casino that offers Queen of the Pyramids. Queen of the Pyramids left me disappointed as a slot player. But Geisha Story has me happily surprised. Play Tech did a great job with this one.
We start with a entry video that shows us a handsome young hero who must woe a beautiful geisha. This launches us into a five reel, fifteen line slot game with cherry blossoms as the surrounding design. It’s pretty. And the symbols are equally beautiful. There are parasols and pots of tea. Sandals and fans. A bonsai tree, cherry blossoms, a torii gate, and koi fish.
Bonus symbol is the geisha and the hero is the wild symbol. The ancient one is the scatter symbol. These are all labeled so you won’t forget.
The game has bonus symbols scattered on reels 1 and 5 and if you hit them they’ll start the bonus round. The bonus round takes you to a beautiful garden where are geisha and her hero are hanging out. You get to pick a fan to determine the number of free spins you’ll win. Then you get to chose another fan to determine the multiplier for the bonus spins. And those bonus spins can really be worth the money. Or virtual money.
This is a slot game I’ll be playing again. It’s a gentle game with a beautiful artwork. And I don’t know if that hero has won the heart of his geisha yet.
