In Delaware, many online slot machine players are watching the new
developments surrounding land casino slots. In neighboring Pennsylvania,
slots casinos are prepping to open this summer. The state of Delaware is
bracing for the competition, but not by adding more slots casinos.
Governor Ruth Ann Minner and several state legislators said that they
have no immediate plans to counter act the new neighboring slots businesses
with new casinos in her state, but she will sign legislature allowing the
existing casinos to remain open longer hours and feature new slots games.
She will be signing the new law into effect sometime this week. The new
laws will also allow the casinos to use new marketing capabilities. This is
the plan to keep Delaware's players in state.
In order to keep the competition from the new slots in Pennsylvania at
bay, she even said that she would initiate new deals as needed. This sounds
